Connect your website, SEO and Google Maps around the local and international customers your business serves in Vietnam.
AT A GLANCE
Choose the website, SEO and Maps work your business needs, then track actual enquiries.
WEBSITE + SEO + GOOGLE MAPS
A starting example for a business needing a new website and one Google Maps profile. Choose the work you need; an existing website is assessed separately.
01 / ONE-TIME SETUP
Website 6,000,000 VND
Google Maps 1,000,000 VND
02 / MONTHLY WORK
SEO 3,000,000 VND
Maps care 1,000,000 VND
Scope: up to 5 website pages / one language, one Maps profile; up to 4 page/article optimisations and 2 Maps posts per month. These are combined starting fees, not a fixed price for every project. Result-linked fees are discussed separately.
Cost depends on the amount and complexity of the work. A smaller scope may reduce the total; we confirm this after reviewing your requirements. Work fees exclude any applicable taxes; domains, hosting, paid tools/APIs and advertising are separate. The final quote confirms scope, total, taxes and timing before work begins.

For businesses that need a coordinated plan to help customers find them, understand their services and get in touch. We establish the starting point before proposing the workload.
Identify priority services, target customers, locations and languages. Research how people search, the questions they need answered and the competing businesses they currently find.
Review the website, Google Business Profile and data you can share. Keep what is useful, identify obstacles and choose what needs improvement before deciding whether to build something new.
Confirm the services you provide, response times and the person responsible for enquiries. Your team approves business information, professional claims and images before they are published.
Connected work
Each channel has a role. The analysis helps choose the combination of work that fits your budget and available resources.
Improve the existing site where practical; build a new one when the structure or platform cannot support your needs. Service pages explain the work, locations covered, real evidence and how to make an enquiry.
Research keyword groups, organise pages, develop content and address technical obstacles. A phased plan shows what will be implemented and how each change will be checked.
For eligible businesses, review the profile, service information, images and website links. The profile represents the real business, with ongoing work connected to the website content and enquiry process.
Measurement
We agree how to record activity from the outset, so reports show what has changed and where information is still missing.
Track search data, website visits and profile interactions where access is available. Clicks to call, website clicks and direction requests are recorded separately; they do not automatically count as customers.
Reconcile received forms, conversations and information confirmed by your team. Agree what makes an enquiry relevant and how duplicate contacts or unrelated messages will be identified.
Where data is available, connect enquiries with quotations, orders and payments. Reports separate completed work, observed changes and unresolved questions, helping us choose the next priorities.
Working terms
Published starting prices cover the stated base scope. After the analysis, the proposal confirms the work, final quote and each team's responsibilities. We agree the working arrangement before starting.
Suitable for a website build, a set of improvements or profile setup. The proposal lists tasks, deliverables, approval points and how additional requests are handled. Ongoing SEO and profile management have a separate scope based on workload.
For suitable projects, we can discuss this after the analysis. It requires a workable measurement method, the capacity to handle enquiries and records both teams can reconcile. It does not imply a guaranteed customer count or a free launch.
If fees are linked to results, define whether payment is per qualified enquiry or a percentage of collected revenue. Agree the rate, amounts included, reconciliation schedule and treatment of cancellations or refunds.
Agree who pays for development, content, the domain, hosting, tools and recurring work. Advertising, if included, needs a separate budget and scope. These costs are not automatically covered by a fee linked to results.
Define how sources are identified, how existing customers and contacts across multiple channels are handled, the attribution period and the records used. A click or impression alone cannot confirm an order.
Document ownership of the website, domain, content and accounts, access during the project and handover responsibilities if work ends. Your business retains primary ownership of its Google Business Profile.
HOW WE WORK
Share your services, service area, website and Google Maps link if available. Receive initial observations and priorities based on the information available.
Agree tasks, deliverables, budget, approvals and measurement. An in-depth audit, if needed, has a separate scope and fee.
Complete approved work, check the content, website and contact routes, and record changes alongside anything your team needs to confirm.
Review search data alongside actual enquiries, identify measurement limits and agree the next priorities within your resources.
FAQ
A few useful answers to help define the right scope.
The free initial analysis reviews your business information, website and existing profile to suggest a direction and priorities. An in-depth audit has an agreed scope, detailed evidence and a report, with its fee defined separately. Implementation is not automatically included in the free analysis.
Not necessarily. We can begin with the work that matters most in your current situation. Google Maps is considered when your business is eligible for a profile; website development and SEO can also be commissioned separately.
We first review its structure, content, platform and editing access. If improvements can make the existing site meet your goals, the plan focuses on those changes. A rebuild needs a specific reason.
We can discuss the possibility once we understand your service, demand, implementation costs and reconciliation process. Project acceptance, the percentage, payment basis and responsibility for launch costs must be agreed first. There are no standard terms that apply to every project.
We agree the work, checks and reporting; we do not guarantee positions or enquiry volumes. Outcomes also depend on demand, competition, the starting condition of your channels and how your business responds, advises customers and delivers its service.
Yes. We first agree where your customers are, which languages they search in and what they need before contacting you. The plan can connect Vietnamese and English website pages with relevant SEO work and an eligible Google Business Profile. We agree equivalent business information and reviewers for each language; translation and language implementation are separate items in the quote.
Share your main services, service area, customer languages, website and Google Maps link if available, goals and a convenient way to contact you. Include your preferred project language and any intended budget or available resources. We agree the working language and content reviewers before starting. We discuss access later; do not send passwords through the form.
LET’S DEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS
