STARTING BUDGET

From6,000,000 VND/ project · one time
Get a scoped quote

What this starting fee covers

  • One language, up to 5 pages using 3 custom page layouts.
  • Responsive design, enquiry form, phone/Zalo and initial technical SEO.
  • Your supplied content, with source code and handover guidance.

Separate costs / conditions: A content management system (CMS), new copy, translation and system integrations are quoted separately.

Cost depends on the amount and complexity of the work. A smaller scope may reduce the total; we confirm this after reviewing your requirements. Work fees exclude any applicable taxes; domains, hosting, paid tools/APIs and advertising are separate. The final quote confirms scope, total, taxes and timing before work begins.

Purpose

What should the website achieve?

Choose what visitors need to understand and do before defining pages.

Start with the customer journey

A service website helps customers understand the offer, review evidence and get in touch. A shop adds products, orders or payments; each functional flow is scoped separately.

Research before design

Review your audience, common questions and existing material. Use these findings to plan the pages, navigation and route from useful information to an enquiry.

Our own website project

Khoan Giếng Nha Trang is our team’s own website project for well-drilling services in Vietnam. Its project page explains the research, content structure and website development.

Build scope

From structure to a working website

Separate reusable layouts, page content and the functions required at launch.

CONTENT · DESIGN · DEVELOPMENT

From individual details to a complete website.

Structure, design and functionality work together around your customers’ experience.

Page templates and page count

One service-page layout can support several services, while each page still needs its own content and checks. The proposal separates unique design templates from total published pages.

Content, languages and functionality

We record who supplies text and images, what needs writing or translation, pages in each language, forms and integrations. You can provide a ready translation or ask our team to translate, with a separate quote based on content volume. A CMS, product catalogue, booking and payments are assessed and quoted separately where needed.

SEO within the website structure

Prepare page structure, titles, internal links, a sitemap and indexing settings. For two languages, define equivalent pages. Ongoing SEO content and Google Maps are scoped separately or included in an agreed combined plan.

Handover

Costs, ownership and support

Clarify acceptance checks, ownership and recurring expenses before handover.

A quote tied to the work

Separate template design, page production, content, languages, features and migration. The proposal identifies supplied material, work to produce and scheduling dependencies; page count alone does not define the project.

Project fees and recurring costs

Separate the build fee from domain registration, hosting, maintenance and paid tools. We clarify account ownership, who pays, renewal periods and usage rights before choosing external services.

Acceptance and handover

Check agreed pages, mobile layouts, links and form delivery. Hand over the source code, access, editing guidance and assets covered by the agreement, with third-party licences, support and open work clearly recorded.

Example scopes

Example scopes to discuss

These examples help define your website brief. Published starting prices cover the stated base scope; we confirm the final scope and quote against your project requirements.

A service business website

Home, about, service pages, projects and contact. Service pages can share a layout, with their content, enquiry form, phone and Zalo links checked individually.

A website in two languages

Plan Vietnamese and English content, equivalent pages and approval. You can supply a ready translation or ask our team to translate, with a separate quote based on content volume. Language setup covers content entry, link checks and layout review; it excludes translation.

A website your team can update

If you regularly publish projects, articles or products, define content fields, user permissions, an editing interface and guidance. Data entry and integrations follow the agreed scope.

HOW WE WORK

Clarity at every step.

  1. Define the brief

Agree the page list, unique templates, content, features, budget and acceptance criteria.

  2. Approve structure and design

Review the page list, content flow and visual direction before development continues across the rest of the site.

  3. Build and check

Develop the site, add content and check agreed screens, links, forms and editing permissions.

  4. Launch and hand over

Complete the final review, launch on the domain and hand over accounts, instructions and the agreed next steps.

FAQ

Before we begin.

A few useful answers to help define the right scope.

How long will the project take?

Timing depends on page count, features and content readiness. A delivery schedule follows the agreed scope, with review points and an identified person responsible for approvals.

Does every website need a CMS?

A site with infrequent content changes may not need an editing system. If your team needs to publish articles, products or projects, we propose a suitable CMS and define editing and maintenance requirements.

What should I prepare?

Share business and service information, your logo, images and common customer questions. If material is missing, we identify what needs to be supplied or created.

Can the site be in Vietnamese and English?

Yes. Plan each version around the customers it serves: the same business facts and service scope, with wording and useful detail suited to readers in each language. You can provide a ready translation or ask our team to translate, with a separate quote based on content volume. We agree equivalent pages and who reviews each version before publication; language setup fees exclude translation.

Can I keep content from my current site?

We review which content to retain and which page addresses are in use. Before rebuilding the site, we check the data and platform, then plan which addresses to preserve and which need redirects.

How do I request a proposal?

Share your goals, existing website, customer locations, required page languages and features through the Contact page. English-speaking owners can use the English form; we agree the project working language and responsibility for reviewing Vietnamese and English copy before starting.
