What this starting fee covers

  • Set up or review one eligible business profile.
  • Business details, categories, service area, supplied photos and verification guidance.
  • Optional care: 2 posts per month, information updates and a report.

Separate costs / conditions: Setup and care are separate. Google decides verification; suspended profiles and multiple locations need a separate scope.

Cost depends on the amount and complexity of the work. A smaller scope may reduce the total; we confirm this after reviewing your requirements. Work fees exclude any applicable taxes; domains, hosting, paid tools/APIs and advertising are separate. The final quote confirms scope, total, taxes and timing before work begins.

Current profile

Review the starting point before making changes

For businesses that receive customers at a location or visit customers in person and meet Google Business Profile requirements. We check suitability before recommending a new profile.

Your existing profile and access

Review the profile link, displayed information, ownership and verification status. Identify missing details, inaccuracies or possible duplicates before choosing how to address them.

The real business and its services

Check the business name, how you serve customers, and the address or service area. The profile must represent real operations; we do not invent locations or add keywords that are not part of the real business name.

How customers search locally

Review relevant services and local results to understand the information customers need. The searcher's location and query affect what appears, so a single check does not represent an entire area.

Setup

Make the information useful for choosing your business

Changes use information your business confirms. The plan identifies work that depends on available profile features or Google's review.

Core details and categories

Review the name, phone number, address or service area, hours and appropriate categories. Help prepare verification steps where needed, with the business owner supplying the required information.

Services, descriptions and images

Clarify actual services, information customers need and gaps in the content. Use images supplied or approved by your business that accurately show the location, team and work.

A relevant website connection

Direct visitors to a page that represents the business or location. Check information consistency and the contact experience on mobile. Building or improving a service page is quoted separately where needed.

Ongoing care

Maintain the profile and track interactions

After setup, information needs to keep up with the business. We agree the frequency and scope of recurring work before it starts.

Review and update information

Check changes to services, hours, images and contact details. Update approved content, monitor changes on the profile and record the work completed.

Reviews from real customers

Help your team invite honest feedback and prepare appropriate replies. We do not buy reviews, offer rewards in exchange for reviews or invite only customers expected to leave positive feedback.

Interactions are not customer counts

Report available data such as website clicks, clicks to call and direction requests. Reconcile it with actual enquiries where your business has records; distinguish these interactions from connected calls, orders and revenue.

Scope

Clear scope, costs and account control

Commission initial setup or discuss ongoing profile care. Each has its own task list and handover requirements.

Initial setup or improvements

Agree the profiles involved, information to prepare and proposed changes. Handover records what was completed, what still needs confirmation or approval, and the recommended next steps.

Ongoing work priced by scope

The published starting price covers the stated base scope. The final quote depends on locations, profile condition, content needs and the frequency of support. Define who supplies images, approves information and responds to reviews. Photography, website changes and complex account issues need separate scopes.

Your business keeps ownership

Your business retains primary ownership and grants the access our team needs. We agree access levels, change records, and handover or removal of management access when the engagement ends.

HOW WE WORK

Clarity at every step.

  1. Share your profile and goals

Send your Google Maps link, website if available, services and service area for a free initial analysis.

  2. Agree the plan

Establish eligibility, access, initial tasks and any ongoing management. Agree the fee before implementation.

  3. Update and check

Prepare content for approval, make the agreed changes and check the information displayed. Identify anything still awaiting Google's processing.

  4. Hand over or continue care

Document changes, explain available interaction data and compare it with actual enquiries. Continue recurring work where agreed.

FAQ

Before we begin.

A few useful answers to help define the right scope.

Is the initial Google Maps analysis free?

Yes. We review your profile and the information you share to offer initial observations and priorities. An in-depth assessment, setup, profile changes and ongoing management have separately agreed scopes and fees.

Do you guarantee a top-three Google Maps ranking?

No. Local results depend on relevance, distance and the prominence of the business, as well as the search context. We commit to completing the agreed work and reporting the data we can observe.

Can a business without a shop use this service?

A business that visits customers in person may qualify as a service-area business if it meets Google's requirements. An online-only business should be considered for website and SEO work instead. We review the actual operating model before recommending a profile.

Can I start without a website?

We can begin by reviewing the profile and business eligibility. A website can be added to explain services and receive enquiries, but commissioning a website is not a default requirement of our Google Maps service.

Can you recover a suspended profile or lost access?

We can review the situation and identify information needed for the appropriate process. Access or reinstatement depends on the circumstances, supporting evidence and Google's decision. This requires a separate scope and recovery cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need to share my Google account password?

Do not send passwords through the contact form. When implementation begins, we explain how to grant suitable profile access. Your business retains primary ownership and agrees the access our team needs.

LET’S DEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS

Can local customers find you on Maps?

Share your Google Maps profile if you have one, or your business name and service area. We will suggest the first steps.
