STARTING BUDGET

Website & SEO audit

From1,000,000 VND/ audit · one time
Get a scoped quote

What this starting fee covers

  • One domain, one language and up to 20 priority URLs.
  • Review crawling/indexing, structure, content and key resources.
  • An evidence-based report, priorities and a findings discussion.

Separate costs / conditions: Fix implementation, security testing and larger-site audits are separate. The initial analysis remains free.

Compare service prices →

Cost depends on the amount and complexity of the work. A smaller scope may reduce the total; we confirm this after reviewing your requirements. Work fees exclude any applicable taxes; domains, hosting, paid tools/APIs and advertising are separate. The final quote confirms scope, total, taxes and timing before work begins.

When to audit

When an audit is useful

The questions you need answered determine the review scope and data.

Before an important decision

An audit can inform a redesign, the start of SEO work or an investigation into changing search performance. The question you need answered shapes the review.

Data and access

Provide your website address, change history and known concerns. Access to search and visitor reports is requested as needed; do not submit account passwords through the contact form.

An agreed scope

Define the domains, languages, page groups and data sources. A large website may require sampling, with the reviewed areas and limitations stated in the report.

Checks

Review technology, structure and content

Assess technical, structural and content concerns against specific evidence.

Access and usability

Check obstacles such as unavailable pages, incorrect redirects and problems using the site on mobile. Review settings that affect whether pages can appear in search results.

Structure and useful answers

Examine service categories, navigation, internal links and overlapping content. Identify missing information that customers need to understand a service or make an enquiry.

Evidence behind each finding

Connect issues to specific pages, data or observed examples. Separate confirmed problems from hypotheses that need further investigation, rather than presenting every automated warning as a defect.

Report

A report your team can use

Turn findings into tasks with priorities, dependencies and checks.

A decision-maker's summary

Explain the main concerns and their possible effects on the website. Use clear language so your business can decide which problems deserve resources.

Tasks ready to assign

Each finding records the page or resource, evidence, priority, recommended change, dependencies and acceptance checks. Hypotheses with missing data remain separate from confirmed issues.

Report handover and next steps

Receive a summary, a record of the reviewed scope and a prioritised task list for your own team or another provider. Fixes, content rewrites and verification after implementation are agreed separately.

HOW WE WORK

Clarity at every step.

  1. Define the questions

Clarify why the audit is needed, which page groups matter and what data can be made available.

  2. Collect and check

Review the website alongside authorised data. Cross-check findings and examples before drawing conclusions about the issue.

  3. Document and prioritise

Prepare evidence, recommendations and an order of work. Identify limitations and information needed to resolve remaining questions.

  4. Explain the action plan

Walk through the report, clarify implementation responsibilities and discuss next steps that fit your available resources.

A FINDING FROM AN AUDIT

From evidence.
To a clear action.

From our review of the Mắt Rồng Digital website. Recorded on 17 September 2026, before optimisation; this is our own site, not a client project.

Mắt Rồng Digital ·

A small logo. A large source image.

Before optimisation

SOURCE PNG SIZE

1.53MB

1 534 822 bytes

/assets/design-reference.png

File size checked with an HTTP request. This is not a page-load timing measurement.

Evidence
The source PNG measured 1070 × 1470 px. The shared header CSS used part of this image for the logo across 24 pages.
Priority: high
A small logo does not need the full layout artwork. Reducing this shared asset is an early priority; the finding does not establish an indexing problem.
Recommended change
Export a separate, compact logo and update the CSS reference. Preserve the approved appearance and check clarity at its displayed size.
Acceptance check
Load a service page with an empty cache: the old layout image should no longer be requested for the logo. Check the logo on mobile and desktop, then compare transferred bytes.

This example shows how a finding becomes a priority and a verification step. The historical figure does not describe current speed or predict rankings.

VERIFIED AFTER THE FIX · 18 SEPTEMBER 2026

The report led to specific changes.

Recorded in the Mắt Rồng Digital improvement report on 18 September 2026. These are historical comparisons of the deployed files.

File sizes before and after optimisation
ResourceBeforeAfter
Header logo image1 534 822 B10 706 B
Favicon1 718 459 B2 754 B
All 9 declared font files2 989 728 B TTF1 071 380 B WOFF2

These are file sizes, not load times or the total data downloaded by one page. Core Web Vitals measurements were unavailable, so no measured speed improvement is claimed.

Another finding: the 404 page metadata
Evidence before the fix
The missing URL returned HTTP 404 and already had noindex, but still declared the homepage canonical. The error template also retained the homepage language links and structured data.
The change
Separate the error page from the homepage: keep noindex and remove the homepage canonical, hreflang and structured data from the 404 template.
Verification
On 18 September, the public and preview builds both passed the 404 template checks. HTTP checks after publication also confirmed a 404 response for a missing URL. This fixed template consistency; it does not establish that Google had indexed the error page.

FAQ

Before we begin.

A few useful answers to help define the right scope.

What is included in the free SEO analysis?

Our team reviews SEO basics, content and key pages, then outlines a prioritised website improvement plan. If you do not have a website yet, we suggest an initial structure and SEO direction. This initial analysis and plan are free when you contact us; the scope and cost of an in-depth audit or implementation are agreed separately.

Does the audit include fixing issues?

The audit scope covers assessment and reporting. If you need implementation, tasks, responsibilities and checks after the changes are agreed separately.

Can you audit a site without search data?

Visible parts of the website can still be reviewed. Where historical data is missing, the report explains the limitation and avoids unsupported conclusions about changes in performance.

How is this different from an automated checker?

Tools produce signals. An audit assesses those signals in the context of your website, checks specific examples and turns the findings into a prioritised set of actions.

How are cost and timing determined?

The published starting price covers the stated base audit scope. The final quote and timeline depend on the site's size, languages, complexity and available data. Share your website and goals through the Contact page to confirm the scope.

Can my own team implement the recommendations?

Your team or another provider can use the report to plan their work. Recommendations that require particular access, resources or additional investigation are identified explicitly.
