Organise tours and destinations around how local and international travellers choose a journey. Agree the audience and approved language for each page. An enquiry website can come first; date-specific capacity, payments and supplier synchronisation need a separate scope.

Tours

Each tour answers practical questions

Itineraries and conditions help travellers choose a suitable trip.

An itinerary by day

Show activities, pickup, transport and accommodation using approved information. Include services the operator can provide or confirm.

Inclusions and conditions

Explain duration, suitability, supplements and change conditions. Keep important information beside the itinerary, not only in a download.

Finding the right tour

Agree useful tour categories, destinations and filters. Give each page distinct content rather than repeating it under different place names.

AN IMPLEMENTATION EXAMPLE

An itinerary first, a useful enquiry next.

  1. Day 1 · Arrival and visits

For a real tour, the operator supplies pickup details, travel timing, visits and accommodation.

  2. Day 2 · Activities and departure

Identify the main activities, included meals and finishing point. Explain weather or seasonal variations.

Included and excluded

Separate transport, accommodation, meals and extras according to the approved terms.

Enquiries

Enquiries your team can act on

Give the operating team the information it needs.

The intended trip

The flow can identify the tour, preferred date, party size and advice needed. Staff receive the context of the trip from the start.

Dates and availability

An enquiry does not hold a place. The operator checks schedules, capacity, suppliers and prices before confirming an option.

Advanced tour booking

Departure dates, capacity, deposits and payments need clear rules. Review data and access before quoting these features.

Updates

Keep seasonal content current

Agree templates, languages and content ownership.

Consistent templates

Build the agreed tour and destination templates. Assign ownership of itineraries, seasonal information and indicative prices.

Images and languages

Use authorised photos and approved text. Multiple languages need a way to keep itineraries, terms and enquiry messages consistent.

Delivery scope

Provide a tested enquiry flow and guidance for the chosen update process. Administration tools, bulk tour entry, copywriting, translation and booking integrations are itemised separately in the quote.

Agree itineraries, conditions and enquiry steps.

  3. Build and check

Test content, layouts and enquiry routing.

  4. Hand over updates

What determines the cost

  • Page count, supplied content, content management, languages and integrations. For an existing site, we review its structure and functions; technical access is agreed where needed.
  • Booking systems, payments, data synchronisation and paid plugins are quoted where needed; domain and hosting are separate.

FAQ

Before we begin.

A few useful answers to help define the right scope.

Can we sell tours and accept online payment?

This can be assessed as additional work. Define schedules, capacity, confirmation, cancellation and the payment provider before implementation.

Will the site generate itineraries automatically?

Not by default. The operator supplies or approves itineraries. Any drafting assistance still needs a person to check feasibility.

Can it handle customised trips?

We can gather needs for a consultant. Prices and itineraries are confirmed after review, not inferred from a form.

Which tour pages should we prepare for international visitors?

Start with priority tours and clear itineraries, meeting points, inclusions and conditions. Decide which pages need Vietnamese and English versions and who reviews them. Record tour counts, templates and data entry in the proposal; additional languages and translation are scoped separately.

How many tours does the quote cover?

The proposal specifies the tour count, page layouts and content-entry work. Filters, additional languages, destination articles and direct booking are quoted separately where needed.
