Three illustrative assets. One message, adapted to each use.
Scope to agree
  1. 01Design assets for their intended use
  2. 02Consistent identity and clear information hierarchy
  3. 03Deliver the right files with a clear scope

Start with one message, an audience and a defined asset list. For material in Vietnamese and English, agree the supplied copy and who approves each version. We agree brand direction before production. Screen and print versions are prepared to their respective requirements.

Assets

Design assets for their intended use

Choose the content and format for where customers will see or use it.

Banners and social posts

Arrange the headline, image and action in a clear order. Square, landscape and portrait versions may need different layouts rather than a simple resize.

Menus and price lists

Group information so customers can find an item or service. Your business checks names, prices, conditions and images before the final export.

Catalogues and brochures

Establish page rhythm, headings and repeatable information layouts. Page count, content volume and language versions are defined in the scope.

Same message, different layouts.

The aspect ratio changes the space for copy and visuals. These examples illustrate formats; the quote defines the actual versions included.

Layout

Consistent identity and clear information hierarchy

Turn an approved direction into versions suited to actual use.

Work with existing brand assets

Review the supplied logo, colours, fonts and guidelines. Without an existing identity, agree a direction for the asset; a complete brand identity is separate work.

Prioritise readability

Keep key information clear at its intended size. Check contrast, spacing and copy length so the design works beyond a large preview.

Adapt for each channel

Define versions, essential content areas and file names. New dimensions or a changed message after approval may require additional scope.

Delivery

Deliver the right files with a clear scope

Clarify approvals, usage rights and any external production.

Copy and concept approval

Agree the copy before finalising the layout. The quote records design directions, revision rounds and the approver so review has a defined endpoint.

Screen files or print artwork

Agree export formats and printer requirements where relevant. Source files are included when specified; printing and delivery are separate costs.

One-off or recurring work

Work can be organised as a batch or monthly plan with an asset list and approval schedule. Unlimited design or revisions are not assumed.

HOW WE WORK

Clarity at every step.

  1. Define the asset list

Record the goal, copy, dimensions and intended use.

  2. Approve a design direction

Review a representative direction with brand styling and hierarchy.

  3. Produce the versions

Adapt the layout for each agreed format.

  4. Proof and export

Check copy, facts and specifications before delivery.

PRICED BY SCOPE

Define the work before the quote.

Send your requirements and sample material so we can define a suitable scope.

What determines the cost

  • Design count, sizes, concepts, revision rounds and delivery formats.
  • Printing and purchased assets are separate; image and font usage rights are confirmed before handover.

FAQ

Before we begin.

A few useful answers to help define the right scope.

Can I commission a single asset?

You can start with a banner, menu or a specific document. Copy and format are needed to confirm scope, timing and a quote.

Can design work be planned monthly?

A recurring plan can define asset types and counts, content deadlines and approvals. Additional work is quoted separately.

What if I do not have a logo?

We can agree a typographic and colour direction for the material you need. A logo or a complete identity system is scoped separately.

Are editable source files included?

Source files, formats and usage rights need to be specified in the quote. Third-party fonts, photos and assets carry their own usage conditions.

Does the service include printing?

Design and artwork preparation are separate from printing. Print work needs production specifications and a separately confirmed cost.
