Information

What guests need before visiting

Help guests explore the menu and find the right branch.

A menu people can read

Organise categories, descriptions and approved prices. Make the menu readable on a phone; a PDF can supplement it rather than be the only option.

Location and opening hours

Show the correct address, hours and contact details for each branch. Assign responsibility for closures and special opening times.

The setting and the food

Use authorised photos of the actual venue. Ingredient and dietary information needs restaurant approval; special requests go to staff for discussion.

AN IMPLEMENTATION EXAMPLE

Guests can explore the menu and understand reservations.

The categories below illustrate a layout; the restaurant approves the real menu and conditions.

Request received ≠ table confirmed

A static example; no enquiries or bookings are submitted.

Reservations

Handle table requests clearly

Distinguish a received enquiry from a confirmed reservation.

Time and party size

Where a form is included, agree date, time, party size and necessary contact details. Explain whether the request was received or needs another attempt.

Confirmation by the restaurant

Staff check tables, the branch and service capacity before confirming. A newly submitted enquiry is not shown as a reserved table.

Ordering and payment

Ordering, delivery, deposits and sales-system connections have separate scopes. Review menu data, order states and failure handling.

Updates

Keep menus and operations current

Identify who maintains menus and opening hours.

A defined content source

Agree who updates dishes, prices and opening hours, and where. If staff need editing tools, specify their functions and cost in the proposal.

Check information and links

Check long menus, images, phone links, maps and forms across screen sizes. Use an approved test recipient for submission checks.

Cost follows the scope

The quote reflects page count, branches, menu size and the update process. Additional languages, ordering and table management are scoped separately.

PRICED BY SCOPE

What determines the cost

  • Page count, supplied content, content management, languages and integrations. For an existing site, we review its structure and functions; technical access is agreed where needed.
  • Booking systems, payments, data synchronisation and paid plugins are quoted where needed; domain and hosting are separate.

FAQ

Before we begin.

A few useful answers to help define the right scope.

Are table bookings confirmed instantly?

Only with a separately implemented system and confirmation rules. With a basic form, restaurant staff check and reply.

Can we use only phone or Zalo contact?

Yes. Use the channels your team already handles well. A form is not compulsory if your process does not need one.

Can we prepare our menu for Vietnamese and English-speaking guests?

We review your existing menu and scope content entry, languages and translation separately. Agree dish names, descriptions and prices with the person responsible for the menu. A page-based menu is often easier to read on mobile; the PDF can remain as a download.

Will it sync with our sales software?

Not by default. Review the software, connection rights and data before confirming feasibility.

How do you scope several branches?

Define each location’s address, hours, menu and enquiry recipient. Branches, languages and administration affect the work.
