Visuals

From source photos to readable product visuals

Keep the product accurate and arrange information in the order customers need.

Edit supplied photos

Crop, adjust lighting, remove backgrounds or clean details against an approved sample. Check the shape, colour and included components against the source.

Lay out product information

Add dimensions, materials, usage or package contents when verified details are available. Essential information needs to remain readable on a small screen.

Export for the intended channel

Agree ratios, dimensions and formats for your website, store or social channels. Check cropping and text placement in each version before delivery.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

  1. Keep the product central

The source photo determines shape, colour and detail. The sample image here is only an illustration.

  2. Use confirmed facts

Check the name, material and attributes before putting them on the visual.

  3. Prepare the delivery format

Agree dimensions, text areas and files for each channel rather than just shrinking one version.

Consistent content across the catalogue

Use verified product facts for names, descriptions and features.

Structured names and descriptions

Organise the name, key facts, use and notes into a reusable product template. Your business approves the tone and claims.

Attributes and variants

Identify colours, sizes, item codes and shared information. Complex variants or missing data are accounted for separately in the scope.

Add content to your system

We can prepare a data sheet or enter content using an agreed template. Access, volume and checks after entry are confirmed separately.

Delivery

Approve a sample before producing the set

Agree product count, visuals and approvals before extending the template.

The input list

Provide photos you may use, specifications, existing copy and intended channels. We flag source limitations before accepting the work.

Sample approval and revisions

Approve a representative sample before applying it to the agreed list. The quote defines concepts, revisions and changes after approval.

Files and separate costs

Receive exports and source files as agreed. New photography, translation, paid assets and recurring catalogue updates have separate scopes.

FAQ

Before we begin.

A few useful answers to help define the right scope.

Do I need new photography?

Not always. We review the available photos first; new photography is not automatically included in visual editing and content work.

Can you write product descriptions?

Descriptions can be included using facts you confirm. Additional research, translation or specialist review is discussed separately.

Can you prepare Shopee product visuals?

We can prepare files for dimensions and store requirements provided or checked at intake. Listing management, advertising and store operations are separate.

What determines the cost?

Product count, visuals per product, source quality, copy volume, variants and formats. The quote confirms the sample, revisions and outputs before work starts.

How many visuals are included per product?

The number depends on the information to show and where the visuals will appear. The quote lists visuals, variants, formats and revisions per product; you approve a sample before the full catalogue is produced.
